According to the relevant rules of our country, users who own OPPO electronic products that implements 3-Guarantee service, in terms of ¡°Responsibility Regulations on Repairing, Exchanging and Returning for Consumer AV Products¡± issued by the relevant department on July 23 of 2002, will enjoy 3-Guarantee service in the round. |

| 2. Guarantee principle |

Under normal operation conditions, when trouble appears, if the machine has not been taken apart and repaired, within 7 days since the purchase day return is available; within 15 days since the purchase day exchange is available; the player is guaranteed for one year and | |

As for attached accessories with ¡°Gift¡± indicated, they cannot be exchanged or repaired. | |
| (3) |
3-Guarantee service will not be available, but charged repair is applicable, in case any of the following conditions happens: | |
| a. |
Damages caused by man-made factors, including the usage under abnormal working environment, and usage not in terms of user manual, etc; | |
| b. |
Users take machine apart by themselves (including speaker body), service and refit by themselves, or have it repaired by the non guarantee service units of our company. | |
| c. |
Damages caused by force majeure (such as floods, fire, earthquake and lightning strike, etc). | |
| d. |
Products without warrantee card and valid purchase warrant. | |
| e. |
Warrantee card and purchase warrant of product is not in terms of the model and bar code, or altered by users without permission. | |

| 3. Guarantee principle |
|
| (1) When in need of 3-Guarantee service, warrantee card and valid purchase warrant must be shown. If they are lost, please contact the service personnel to inquire about user¡¯s information file (which is established through sending back the sub-card of warrantee card). |
| (2) As for products up to exchange requirements, you may seek the nearest guarantee service spot of our company for exchange. If the host machine has trouble, exchange the one with the same specification and model of our company free of charge; if fittings have trouble, exchange the trouble ones free of charge. |
| (3) As for products required to repair, you may go to any guarantee service spot of the national guarantee service network of our company or send back to the Customer Service Department of our company for repair. |

| 4. Please fill in the warrantee card immediately after purchasing the product, and it will be invalid without the special stamp for guarantee of our company. |
|
| 5. Make sure to fill in the warrantee card properly, and send back the sub-card to our company within one month after purchasing in order to be benefited from the service supplied by our company better. |
